    Breast asymmetry correction

Is an intervention that corrects differences in breast size, appearance and position, in order to achieve symmetry.

Depending on the degree of difference between the breasts and the type of deformity, there are several methods of correction. If the difference is not very pronounced, symmetry is achieved by inserting implants of appropriate size and structure, as in breast augmentation intervention. In the case of greater inequality and in cases where one breast is more relaxed than the other, it is necessary to lift the relaxed breast.

Prior to the intervention, appropriate medical examinations and laboratory analyzes are performed, which are necessary in the process of preparing the patient for the intervention. It is desirable to stop smoking and consuming drugs or supplements that affect blood coagulation.

In the post-intervention period, a feeling of pain and swelling is possible. The recovery of patients after the intervention is carefully monitored at the Mirabiliss Polyclinic during regular check-ups.

Immediately after the intervention, the examinations, depending on the patient’s condition, are performed every two days, and as the recovery progresses, in agreement with the doctor, the examinations are performed every four or seven days until complete recovery.

The compression bra is worn for 4 to 6 weeks depending on the size of the breast and the technique used during the intervention. The patient returns to normal activities in a period of two to three weeks, and after five weeks he can return to training.
